Why do you want your child to participate in the Happy Orcas Adventure Camp and how do you feel he/she/they will benefit from the program?

Preferred Camp Dates

By submitting this application, you agree that your child will abide by all rules and regulations set forth on acceptance into Happy Orcas Adventure Camp. You also agree that your child will, upon completion of the camp, write a letter of appreciation detailing why they enjoyed participating in the camp. You also agree that this letter, in part or in whole, may be used as testimonial on future advertising campaigns, social media, and/or the website. All published testimonial will be anonymous.

Along with this form, please email proof of government assistance program or other proof of financial assistance need. Please include participant's name in the email.

All scholarship applications are due by June 1, 2023. Acceptance into camp is not guaranteed. All approved applicants will be notified via email by June 15, 2023.
