Scholarship Info

Happy Orcas has been pleased to fully fund scholarships since inception of the program and want to continue to make this enriching program available to all. We regret to inform you that due to rising operating costs, we are unable to continue fully funding our scholarship program. However, thanks to generous donations from our Film Festival sponsors, we will be offering a limited number of full or partial scholarships this year. Please fill out the application as soon as possible. We will be making selections late May/early June for the 2026 season.
